The becoming a Project Manager course will cover the essential skills and techniques you need to ensure successful completion of any PRINCE2®

project, large or small.

The course is fully accredited by PeopleCert and covers the syllabus for both PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner. It will cover the 3 key

element of PRINCE2 – Principles, Themes & Processes.

Target audience:

This course is aimed at aspiring project managers or those currently managing projects that wish to increase their knowledge. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of PRINCE2 projects.

Assessments & Certification:

In order to gain globally recognised certification, learners will be required to pass the PRINCE2®Foundation & Practitioner certification exams from Axelos/People Cert. The course fee includes one free attempt of these exams. Further details of exam format and pass mark can be provided upon request.
